This is a day that is going to be remembered forever. It is a day that resembles change to my(our) great country of America. Not only is this a great day for American's and its African American population, but it is a great day for African American's globally.

On my campus last night, I could hear the chants and shouts of our community from across the park and school. It was invigorating to finally have a glimpse of the future in my palm. It was a wonderful experience watching the news and seeing people in tears, people celebrating, and then to see Obama and McCain's speeches.

I hope that Obama really does bring great things to this country, and hope is exactly what this country needed.

Congratulations Obama, and more importantly, Congratulations AMERICA!
